Deposits for larger jobsMajor and multi-day repairs may require a deposit to reserve calendar time and order parts.

Warranty-backed workmanshipEligible repairs include workmanship warranty coverage. Exact warranty terms are listed on the estimate or invoice.

Customer-supplied partsPHG may install customer-supplied parts when approved, but parts warranty coverage remains with the seller or manufacturer. Labor warranty terms may be limited.
